Additives for recycling
Greenchemicals has developed innovative solutions to aid the recycling process. the use of stabiliser packages and additives to eliminate the presence of troublesome substances in the polymers to be recycled allows for more efficient recycling, preservation of the polymer and also of the plants where the recycling process takes place.

PRODUCT DETAIL
GC B215, B220, B225, B561
Physical form: PW, GR, Compacted
They are mixtures of antioxidants containing a phenolic antioxidant with a second phosphite based antioxidant concentrated in different percentages. They guarantee excellent process stability and a very high thermal stability that lasts over time.
MB PE DCP STAB
Physical form: MB
It is a very strong stabilization PE carrier masterbatch, especially studied for neutralizing DCP residual radicals, which are unavoidably created during recycling extrusion process. Dicumyl peroxide decomposes at 150 °C, while recycling extrusion temperature is much higher.
GC B2H5
Physical form: PW, GR, Compacted
It is a mixture based on a phenolic antioxidant with a second organo-phosphite antioxidant and Hydrotalcite. It is particularly suitable as a process synergist and guarantees very high and long-lasting thermal stability. The presence of Hydrotalcite makes this blend an excellent acid acceptor and stabilizer.
GC DICUMYL PEROXIDE
CAS n. 80-43-3
Physical form: Flakes
It is 98% pure Dicumyl peroxide. It is mainly used as cross-linking agent for polymers and elastomers. It is also suitable as synergist in halogenated flame retarded EPS.
GC C DC 40
Physical form: GR
It is a 40% active compacted pellets of dicumyl peroxide, supported by calcium carbonate and silica. It is mainly used as cross-linking agent.
GC BIPB 40 / GC PE BIBP 40
Physical form: PW, GR, Compacted
40% active compacted pellets of bis-peroxide, supported by calcium carbonate or PE powder. It is available in poweder, granular or masterbatch form.
