PRODUCT DETAIL
GC AT ZERO PVC
GC AT ZERO PVC is a mixture of phosphorus, nitrogen and Zn/Al compounents, developed to replace antymony trioxide in PVC compound and spreads. The mix has been prepared with products produced in Europe and without enviromental restrictions.
GC RDP
Reaction mass of 3[(diphenoxyphosphoryl)oxy]phenyl triphenyl 1,3-phenylene bis(phosphate) and tetraphenyl 1,3-phenylene bis(phosphate)
EC n. 701-337-2
PHYSICAL FORM: LIQ

It is an aryl phosphate that is used as a non-halogen flame retardant additive, as well as a plasticizer. Compared to conventional acryl phosphates is less plasticizing and less volatile. GC RDP has excellent hydrolytic and heat resistant capabilities. It is liquid product.
GC CP 70
Chloro Paraffin (C20-C30)
CAS n. 63449-39-8
PHYSICAL FORM: LIQ

It is a liquid chlorinated paraffin which can be used in a variety of applications. It is especially used in PVC applications in order to increase the elasticity of the product.
GC TRIOX ND
Diantmony trioxide (no dust grade)
PHYSICAL FORM: PW, MB

It is antimony trioxide, a high-quality flame retardant. It is available in powder form with different particle sizes: fine or extra-fine (GC TRIOX XF), or also in masterbatch form.
GC CP 70
Chloro Paraffin
CAS n. 63449-39-8
PHYSICAL FORM: PW

It is a chlorinated paraffin which is used in a variety of applications. It can be used as plasticizer or as surface treatment agent and lubricant.
GC ZNBO3-4
Zinc Borate
CAS n. 138265-88-0
PHYSICAL FORM: PW, Compacted

It is a halogen-free flame retardant additive that increases the fire resistance and gives higher performance in smoke suppressant capabilities of many polymeric systems, with or without halogens.
