PRODUCT DETAIL
GC RDP
Reaction mass of 3[(diphenoxyphosphoryl)oxy]phenyl triphenyl 1,3-phenylene bis(phosphate) and tetraphenyl 1,3-phenylene bis(phosphate)
EC n. 701-337-2
PHYSICAL FORM: LIQ

GC RDP is an aryl phosphate that is used as a non-halogen flame retardant additive, as well as a plasticizer. GC RDP can be used as a substitute for halogenated flame retardants in casing materials and as a substitute for TPP (advantages are a lower volatility, a higher thermal stability, and a higher P-content compared to TPP).
GC TRIOX
Antimony trioxide
CAS n. 1309-64-4
PHYSICAL FORM: PW

It is antimony trioxide, a high quality flame retardant. It is available in powder form with different particle sizes: fine or extra-fine (GC TRIOX XF).
MELAMINE CYANURATE SERIES
Melamine Cyanurate
CAS n. 37640-57-6
PHYSICAL FORM: GR, PW

Melamine cyanurate is an halogen free flame retardant available in different particle size rage: MC 50, MC 25, MC 15, MC 08.
GC APP II
Ammonium Polyphosphate
CAS n. 68333-79-9
PHYSICAL FORM: PW

It is a halogen-free flame retardant containing ammonium polyphosphate. GC APP II has a high degree of polymerization and it is in crystalline phase II. His flame retardant properties are defined by an intumescent mechanism.
GC MELAMMINA
Melamine
CAS n. 108-78-1
PHYSICAL FORM:GR, PW

It is a nitrogen-based non-halogenated flame retardant with good thermal stability. GC MELAMMINA finds application in combination with GC APP II, as an efficient intumescent system for coatings.
GC ND BOX 11P
PHYSICAL FORM: GR
GC ND BOX 11P is a mixture of antioxidants and UV stabilizers carefully selected in order to guarantee over time UV and process stability combined with high thermal stability.
