Compound

Greenchemicals studies and developes innovative and green solutions of flame retardants and additives for all polymers, going throught compounding activities. Flame retardants, when needed, are the most important additives, because they are dramatically reducing risk of fire in houses, cars, industries. They must be used for providing needed fire safety in several plastic products, used in applications with fire risk contact. Flame retardants are concerning products, due to their halogenated and antimoniated chemicals nature, but Greenchemicals developed halogen and antimony free solutions for all polymers. Greenchemicals also provides, antioxidants, UV absorbers, light stabilizers, Hals, processing aids, peroxides and nucleating/claryfing agents. Here you can find products we suggest for each polymer:

PRODUCT DETAIL

GC DPE 81

Decabromodiphenyl ethane
CAS n. 84852-53-9
PHYSICAL FORM: GR, PW

GC DPE 81

It is a powder flame retardant that has particularly good thermal stability and high bromine content making it an excellent candidate for high temperature applications. It is also available in masterbatch form.

GC PW V0 PAP 6

PHYSICAL FORM: PW

It is a halogen free flame retardant formulation based on light phosphorous working with different fire extinguishing mechanisms together in order to provide the best performance/loading level results.

GC PHE HFR 113

PHYSICAL FORM: PW

It is a non-halogenated flame retardant blend containing P based substances. GC PHE HFR 113 shows good flame retardancy properties and it is thermally and hydrolytically stable. It is especially suited for PBT and PET.

MB PB1 DETO 31

PHYSICAL FORM: MB

It is a masterbatch based on organic bromine compounds with an added synergist. MB PB1 BTO 31 with high bromine content and antimony trioxide is supported by a resin matrix to improve dispersion and homogeneity and that offers excellent compatibility with PET and PBT.

GC UV LS 292

Reaction mass of bis(1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidyl) sebacate and methyl 1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidyl sebacate
CAS n. 1065336-91-5
PHYSICAL FORM: LIQ

GC UV LS 292

It is a low molecular weight hindered amine light stabilizer.

MB PS BATO 21

PHYSICAL FORM: MB

MB PS BATO 21 is a flame retardant masterbatch, containing a low melting brominated flame retardant, combined with an antimony trioxide synergist in a PS matrix. It allows to pass GW Test.
